Even my feet were feeling "sore" looking at those rocks....can't imagine the dogs just walking, let alone running over them....ouch!

Definately like the set up for the play times.....it's the only way it would work.

I think Asha would have to teach her sister Kazi to swim better...she is not as good as Asha. We haven't had them to the beach this year yet, but last year she was a little timid....she let Dante swim out to the deeper waters to retreive the stick that we threw, then waited for him on a sandbar to return it, only taking it from him and then bringing it back to us...or rather do a "run-by" with it...lol

Kazi is timid? How nice it is! I like timid girls but that's not my Asha.

She jumps after a stick into cold deep fast water. Gino behaves like Kazi. He goes and gets it from Asha when she is closer to the shore. They fight for a stick before Asha gets it back from Gino to chew.

What a great sequence of pix. The closeup of them in the water "sharing" the stick is definitely a contender for the calendar pic for July!

Pix of your Asha and Gino, as well as of Dante and Kazi, always make me feel sorry that Jack doesn't have a playmate (but then I come to my senses and smack myself upside the head, LOL). It was so stinkin' hot here today that we let Jack go into the creek to cool down, but our local creek just ain't the same as those beautiful, clear mountain lakes.

My dogs don't swim in the mountain lakes very often... most days we go to the city creek for a quick swim. They love it too.

The second dog is fun but much more work. That's type of addiction

If I take one of my dogs for a walk I really miss another one.

Asha is in heat for 9 days. Gino is a loving brother. He has not humped her once. Such a good boy!

AW! Asha! Scar won't wear her panties... She keeps biting them off and wont leave them alone. We have just been putting blankets around thankfully its been "light" lol.... Almost over though I hope.

Gino looks like the "proud husband".....lol.....yup she's my girl, and that's that!

Love the pictures of the two of them.....I had to laugh....when you got ready to throw the stick, Kazi would "make herself look good" by appearing to get ready to give chase....then when it gets thrown, she turns and watches Dante go after it....

LOL... Gino behaves exactly like Kazi. He provokes all of us to play a fetch but when a stick thrown Asha does all work. She is fantastic swimmer. I have never seen a Doberman swimming like a beaver.

Yes Andreina I am lucky she doesn't mind to wear any clothes. If she was a human she would be a fashion model or a champ swimmer
