I am wondering how to post pictures. I was going to load some of my beautiful Bear for you all to enjoy but I couldn't figure out how to post nice large ones like in the Dante and Kazi thread.

Hi Gismolady, I had to asked the same question when I first joined the forum. The easiest way is to load your pics to "Photobucket" and then you copy and paste the "imagecode" to your reply in the forum. So sign up on Photobucket and upload your pics there. If you have any problems let me know and I will guide you through.. Kerrie

You can use any image hosting site. Aside from photobucket, you can use Picassa (google), Flickr (yahoo) and DevianArt are among the popular ones I know.

You can attach pictures right from your hard drive. Look on the 2nd line when you are doing a post on left says attachment and on the right you have a browse button click that and it's like windows explorer on your PC and just go to where the picture is you want to post, find it in the directory click on it so it's highlighted click ok and it's now on the attachment bar and the say something in the posting section and click post reply.
The only thing is the pictures have a size limit of 1,024KB so about a meg so you need to be sure the pictures are no bigger. I use a photo edit program and shrink all the ones I post up here smaller in size. You will see any pics I load here are all done as above. If the picture is too big it will tell you when you try and send the post.
Good Luck!

Help! I know how to post one pic at a time, but how do I embed more than one pic in a single message?

Help! I know how to post one pic at a time, but how do I embed more than one pic in a single message? I had the same problem/question and Lisa was kind enough to point me to photobucket. Super easy to use, fast uploads of images, my wife uses shutterfly and it literally takes hours. I now have the ability to photodump at will! Kerrie posted instructions earlier in the thread. It is really that easy. Martin
