OK, I'm here, I didn't fall off the face of the planet. Just wondering who's coming to this hike, and who will be staying afterwards for a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in Orangeville? I will be coming for sure, perhaps Andrea will join in again (depending on her plans for company this week-end). I will bring Charlie, if I have another set of hands I will bring Dutch. Ohhh, maybe I should bring Dutch and let Andreina walk him....all the way to her car! LOL, he`s a very nice dog! So from what I can see Andreina and Scarlet are coming, Barb and Kerrie with Dante x Kazi, Martin with Juno. I will email Sonya and Sonia (Diva and Blade) to see if they're coming. Unfortunately my computer crashed so I was unable to email everyone this time around. The only ones who know about this walk are the members of this forum. We selected a Saturday to accommodate the people who couldn't come on Sunday's, but one cannot control the events that get in front of everyone's lives. Sorry that Susan and Jo can't come, we will have to do another quaint hike somewhere else to get the doggies together.

Mono Cliffs right like north of Brampton? Just wanna make sure I show up at the right location since I've never been here before. See you guys tomorrow.

I just want to say it was nice to see everyone yesterday....we braved the rain that fell. I left the dogs rain slickers in the truck, Martin left his umbrella in the truck, ..... we were so well prepared! LOL
It was nice to see Juno again....god we love her! And we were laughing as we were watching Kazi and Juno walking from behind as they both have the same swagger. And my goodness hasn't Blade gotten bigger...the lanky teenager stage. Scarlet and Diesel....well good grief he is a "tank"...92lbs of sweetness and goofiness. What a nice boy! Scarlet is just Scarlet....playful, cute, sweet, she is just perfect. And of course Charlie.....thanks for looking after her for Kerrie Monica....you may be her guardian, but I'm thinking that Kerrie is the love of her life...roflmao because if Kerrie was standing, we all know that Charlie would be in her arms, or standing trying to put her paws on her shoulder while kissing her, or both. And we all witnessed both yesterday! She puts a huge smile on Kerrie's face, and all I heard ALL the way home was Charlie this, Charlie that...god I love that dog....did you see Charlie do this, did you see Charlie do that.....blah, blah, blah.

Martin left his umbrella in the truck, ..... we were so well prepared! LOL Umbrella AND raincoat in the car, my jacket is still wet! It was a good time though. Thank goodness Sonya was able to relinquish the baton to some other deserving people...I wonder who could have been later than Monica! I did check Juno's collar before we got in the car, just in case she picked up any unwanted sticks. I did get a photo, Monica, driving home of a nice patch of sunny blue sky over kitchener, so your weather forecaster was right for that 4 square block area anyway! Well Dyanne we conquered the dreaded stairs, although this time with the wet and slick leaves on the ground, it wasn't the stairs that were the problem, it was getting to and from them on the steep slope. Juno lost her footing and skinned her leg even, poor girl has now licked it raw and I am considering putting the cone of shame on her. She couldn't get out of the rain fast enough, she hates being wet. I can't even imagine how Asha became the Doberbeaver she is, obviously Juno's hatred of being wet wasn't hereditary. But even though it was a little cold, and a little wet, it was still a lot better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than working, which is what I got to do on this lovely Sunday afternoon instead...oh well. Juno enjoyed the walk and the company and so did I....bit of a pansy hike though Monica. Martin

Oh I wonder who did get the "tardy baton" i did try to see how Juno would "model" it, but I just couldn't do it to her. Next walk, however, we are coming with a travel trailer and will be there the night before....waiting.....LOL

LOL Martin... I guess Asha took it after her daddy. Is that right Barb? I am a bit surprised not to hear about other Doberbeavers from N-litter. Asha is definitely a water dog. She doesn't mind running in the rain. Now her favorite game is jumping into the deep snow. No more swimming It's cold and snowy here.
