I will go first. I am originally from Bentonville Arkansas, then moved to San Antonio Texas with my husband for his job in the United States Air Force. From there We moved to Anchorage Alaska and now we reside in Cheyenne Wyoming. We have been through 3 deployments including this one so far. They are tough but he loves his job, so I'm 100% behind him. I will follow him where ever it takes us. We have 2 non furry children, A boy that is 5 and a girl that is 3. We also have a furry child, Lab/mix, named Bear. He is around 8yrs old. We also have a cat named Thomas. He is about 2 yrs old. We got both our current animals from shelters, so the female puppy from the P-Litter will be the first purebred we has ever owned. Her name will be "Peacemaker Alice v. Dobereich" aka "Alice". Update: We aren't able to get our dobereich dober girl as planned. My dober kids will have to wait since my hubby's job limits the breeds of dogs we are able to have. So since dober kids are out of the question for now we added a new german shepherd boy to our family instead. One day he will be our dober girl's big brother. His name is Oscar. My lazy dog Bear Oscar, our 4mos GSD puppy.

Hi everyone! My name is Svetlana and I live in Toronto. I graduated from university last year so I finally decided its time for me to get a pup. A few of the dog breeds I've had in the past are German Sheppard, Daschund, Poodle, Japanese Spitz, Miniature Pinscher and of course...the Doberman Pinscher (my fav ;D). My little bundle of joy is named Diesel and he's from Monica's M-litter (the red collared fire cracker ) born last year July 17, 2010. He's a stage 5 clinger who loves his mommy very much ...and here is his poor (but ultra cute) attempt at smiling for the camera Attachments:

Gary and Chris Potyok and we are in Grimsby Ontario. I'm in sales a District Sales Manager for BRP for 20+ years( Ski-doo snowmobiles, Sea-doo Personal watercraft and sport boats). My hobby is drag racing and I have a pretty quick 69 Nova street/strip car and a 69 Camaro also. I've had some good results racing and I enjoy having Zeus with me and taking one of the cars to cruise nights in the summer. Zeus is a celebrity at the cruise nights and well known at the race track too. Zeus is our 5 doberman and we have had a doberman in our lives since the late 70's. All have been males, all docked and cropped, 3 Red and Tan and 2 Black and tan. the 1st 2 came to us as mature dogs and the the last 3 as puppies. I found out some of the doberman health issues the hard way loosing the 2nd one with heart issues at 14 years, the 3rd one to torsional bloat at 10 years, the 4th one to DCM and he also was suspected of wobblers but the DCM took him at just over 9 years. All our dogs have been loving family members in our home, all have their own unique personalities and of course the doberman characteristics we all love. I'm still learning and enjoying the ride and will always have a doberman in our family as long as life and health lets us enjoy these fantastic dogs. Zeus is our 1st Dobereich dog and from the F litter Phoenix is the dam and Bosley is the Sire. So that's our story.......enjoy the picture of my Nova at the track! It's one heck of a thrill when it leaves the starting line like in that picture! Attachments:

Hi Everyone!
My name is Joanne, from Toronto, Ontario. I am a Chef & Food/Travel Writer with lots of projects on the go. I have a regular segment on the TV Show 'Steven & Chris' (CBC in Canada, syndicated throughout the US), and am the Resident Chef & a Contributing Editor for Clean Eating magazine.
My little sweetie is 'Mi Renya Alexandra v Dobereich' or Reyna from the M-Litter, DOB July 17, 2010. Diesel and Luna are 2 of Reyna's siblings, and we hope to meet the rest one day! Reyna is my first dog, although I am a well-known dog-knapper and Auntie to the world's most loveable Beagle, and the smallest 'Newfoundland Dog' in Canada (who is really a 20lbs little mutt, simply born in Nfld...).
Reyna is the happy recipient/dealer of my homemade liver treats.
Cheers! Joanne

I'm Andreina from Oshawa, On. My boyfriend and I are getting a red girl from the O-Litter together. It will be our first dog I think we are nuts but that's ok lol... We started out small 2 yrs ago and got a kitten named Bert. He's not fat, he's just large and has the longest tail I've ever seen, everyone calls him the mountain lion lol. We have both grown up around dobes/dogs in general, but were never allowed by our parents to actually have them in our homes, so now is our chance!! We feel that we definitely will appreciate a dog more now because we never had opportunities of our own before. We have wanted this for such a long time now, and finally after the long wait there's only a few more weeks left until we get to have sleepless nights lol. Anyways, My bf Julian is still in College, I graduated a couple years ago and I am an Interior Decorator. I work with Benjamin Moore Paints in sales as well as colour consulting, site visits, space planning, etc. I love my job, it offers a lot of great flexibility and I'm happy we are finally in the place to bring a pup into our home! I'm glad we all have this opportunity to connect with other Dobereich owners and share experiences. ;D

We are Kerrie and Barbara, and we live in London, Ontario
We first got our first Dobereich pup, Dante, from the F-litter, born November 18, 2008. He has grown into the most handsome boy that we could have ever imagined. He is a 92 lb "lump of love", and we are dobercrazy about him.....how crazy?......well, we are now also the proud parents of Kazi, born from the N-litter on January 19, 2011.
Kerrie is currently in a job transtition, having left the Automobile Industy. She is looking to fulfill her long term goal of working in the Canine Industry. She plans on becoming a dog trainer, and in the interm, Dante and Kazi will be the benefactors of her new career. I own my own dry-cleaning business, and have been self=employed for the past 30 years. We are looking forward to moving this fall to the Bayfield area, where we can walk our dogs daily on the beach.
We currently have a mobile/park model home near Grand Bend, and we welcome anyone who would like to visit, and take our dogs into The Pinery where they have a dog beach. Dante just loves his runs on the beach, and his play time in the lake......and he can't wait to introduce it all to Kazi. No doubt that she will absolutely love it also.

I am being obsessed with Dobermans for many years. Asha is our fourth Doberman and the first female. She is Kazi's sister from N-litter. Asha's brother Gino is Ramon Betelges's son (Eastern Europe). He is 2 years old. We don't have kids... so our furbabies are spoiled rotten. They send me to the office to earn for their luxury living where I do IT development. We are passionate about hiking, swimming, sailing... Me, Gino and Asha love to do yoga together... it's fun to watch Oh... Asha just brought my new shoes... have to run!

This is a belated intro.
My first dog was a lovely black-and-white cocker spaniel who arrived shortly after Richard Nixon delivered his famous Checkers speech; hence, the dog's name: Nixie. I was six, and Nixie was mine, though my mother, of course, helped me train him.
As an adult, I had springer spaniels and a big ol' lovable Newf -- and then, for a few years, I didn't have a dog at all. By this time, Bill and I were together, and I longed for a dog. But Bill hadn't grown up with dogs and couldn't understand why a dog is essential. And then along came Fred, a Doberman in need of a home . . . we both fell totally in love with him and Bill became a convert.
For Bill, Fred was a first dog, and for me, he was a first Dobe. And this was good, because the two of us learned together . . . Bill about dogs, and me about Dobes. When Fred left us at age 15, there was no question about the breed of our next dog.
We both work out of home offices, doing writing and editing, so we're able to be at home with Jack all day. He has adapted very well to our work schedules, pretty much leaving us alone while we're in our offices. But by late afternoon, Jack knows that his time is at hand -- and reminds us, in no uncertain terms, that it's time for his off-lead hike.
Bill does a lot of described video, and I'm just embarking on a major new high school textbook project. Luckily, our work hours are relatively flexible, so we're also able to handle the insane amount of time required for schutzhund training, which Jack loves. And Bill, the guy who wanted nothing to do with a dog, is his official handler. And in another month or so, we hope that Jack will achieve his first (basic) title. After that . . . well, experienced schutzhund hands tell us that this dog has great drive and potential, so we'll see.

Dyanne you have to be sure to get Jack's BH on video. I would love to see that. I tip my hat to you and Bill for the time and effort you are doing towards Schuz and the BH.
It is truly amazing though to see the results and watch the dog in action.

You already have our permission to FF through that. LOL. The BH is simply a pass-fail result, though scores are kept. Bill is already starting to get nervous. He and Jack will be up against a couple of very experienced handlers, who are training new dogs, both shepherds. But anything can happen on trial day. Ya just never know.

Ian Sprague from Kitchener, Ontario. I currently have 2 Dobermans, 1 of which is a Dobereich boy. Magnum is from the W group "World Class Magnum v. Dobereich" and he is turning 5 this September. I adopted him last August when his previous owners passed on. He's doing well and loves his sister, although they torment each other all the time. His sister just turned 2 and is from a colleague of Monica's. Her names is "Ch. Ravalleses Diamonds R Forever" and she goes by Diamond or Didi for short. Here is a pic of the three of us when we were out for a walk one day in the fall. I need to get some more recent photos... problem is that I'm somewhat of a photographer, and always behind the camera. Here is Magnum by himself: and here is little sister Didi in my favourite picture of her ever...

Hi, My name is Yvonne and I am from Kitchener, originally born and raised in Germany. I have had dobermans since 1995. For a short time I was showing and breeding but I gave that up due to time constraints and my foundation bitch died. I do have her son Magnum and he is neutered and he is going to be 5 years old this year. I don't have one of Monica's puppies but I know Monica from shows and have visited her place with friends a couple of times. I am a big pet lover and I have parrots, fish and a cat. Attachments:
