Well Luna and Zeus can ask for a "camera intervention" of their owners, as I'm just as bad, I take tons of pictures too. I see Luna is even sticking her tongue out at you! ;D Yes it's time make the trip to Costco for a bigger bed. It seems in the pictures they really look bonded and together. I always thought it would be cool to have a pair of dobermans but my experiences with always having one I don't think i could handle 2 at the same time! In fact I have no idea how Monica does what she does with multiple dogs ...tip of the hat to her for sure!

Ha, I'm pretty sure that Indi and Argus are plotting against me right now. I've been sick for awhile and finally resorted to the fact that I needed intervention myself...of the antibiotic kind...lol So I thought that maybe I could get some sleep last night. I finally fell asleep around 4:30 AM, then Indi and Argus started exchanging barks for howls at 7:am. Get up, let everyone out, go back to bed for a bit, until low and behold, 10:AM Indi and Argus again!! Two females in season right now in my home and 2 males who are not impressed with my intentional separation between them. When I let the females outside they pass the males, who've been locked in their crates. I call it the cat walk, with the males hooting and hollering like a pack of prison inmates watching the little vixens go by. LOL! Its days like these that make me understand why some would choose to have their dogs in kennels! But Gary, having two is not much more work then having just one. But I think you and Chris would get jealous of all the attention the other dog would take away from your time with Zeus.

ya I thaught it was going to be hard with 2 dogs but in fact its better. I also find that Luna watches Bailey to see if what she is doing is getting her food. Luna is all about food. It is so funny to see them playing, the bad part is im not getting much house work done. I fine my self watching the dogs. LOL Monica its awsome how you have so many, like Gary said hats off to ya

That's interesting what you say about 2 dogs. Funny Eric said the same and so did Ian with having 2 at the same time.
Maybe after retirement something to look at but me and two dobermans driving all over the place most weeks I would have to let Zeus drive the truck as no way could all 3 of us fit in the front seat!
How does walking work with 2 dogs? Zeus gets just under 3 miles a day on a short lead throughout subdivision streets Do you walk them together on one side?

I prefer to train with two separate leashes rather then use a coupler. But you teach both to heel at your left, or, if you prefer and find it easier, you can teach one to heel on the right. Its just correct to have both on the left though.

I walk one on each side most of the time. but last time i was out Luna was getting fraid of cars. so when i was out yesterday i had them braced together. that way she could see Bailey was ok with it. its awsome how they can help each other. i would recommend every one to have two.

Oh yea it's easier with 2 dogs I could see her along side her Dobereich bretheren at our house! It would be fun on free run day at the track but relax time while dads working in the office? I think it could be challenging

Bailey when she was 4 1/2, LOL we have weeds on our lawn. and a better camera. ;D Jodi I didn't realize you were into farming? DANDELION Farming ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I hear they make a nice wine, can you comment about that Just poking fun.........she is a beautiful dog and my wife and I are still chuckling at them in the Halloween Costumes. Luna is just so adorable as the princess!!! My wife is already planning for Zeus for next year and her business is bridal accessories, veils, hair stuff, dresses for the young ones in the bridal parties etc. So I feel sorry for him what his costume will be! I like Batman myself but might not look good on a red and tan like it does on a Black and tan.

That would be much better, the red and green colours (I think that's what Robin's colours were). Then you could dress-up as the bat...lol.
