Oh, and I wasn't worried about charging anyone for a group shot... that would be my gift to everyone in the group that wants one... it was more about the editing, and processing, etc of the other portrait shots etc. I can provide you with this file Gary, or edit it more, etc if everyone is happy with it, and you could go and get it plaqued for whomever wants it, and the only expense they would have is the cost of that being done.

Yup that's really close. I would like the D.O.G Logo not so transparent and overall the brightness of the overall picture needs to be brighter. When you drymount the shot it will become slightly darker. I think drymounted as is it will end up too dark.
Ian I'll call soon. On a conference call

Okay, so I lightened the whole picture up to make it easier for plaquing it as Gary suggested... what could be the final version of the 'official meet 3' photo is on my Facebook page with the rest of them. I spoke with Gary on the phone today... maybe he can chime in on what we're going to do with this particular shot.

On the group shot................. I know what Ian posted is reduced in resolution and he also has high quality printers for high photo quality. I would like to know if any of those attending would like a copy of the high res and high quality printed photo as a keepsake memory of D.O.G. 3rd event?
This type of high quality photo could also be drymounted like the pictures idea you see I posted of my office wall of fame. Mine were done black mat and edges but other colours are available. I will be getting a hi resolution, high quality printed photo from Ian and drymounting it in the near future. So I will have an example if someone wanted to see it.
My thoughts are if there is interest from members to get the hi resolution high quality group photo, what kind of $ Donation would they think would be ok? If you want the hi res photo drymounted that could be done too but until I take one in I'm not sure of that cost. From past experience the drymount service is probaby in the $15 range for a 8"x11" photo.
Any money from this would go to cover the costs of the photos ( Ian) and drymounting if you want that, and any profits would be used to cover incidentals for future D.O.G. meets. Things like cases of water, maybe coffee and some treats from Tims, that sort of thing. One idea is also floating around about a fun award at each D.O.G meet. Stefan, Mireille and Auguste got the "Long Distance Award" this past meet. We could have best behaved, most funny, etc
Please PM me your thoughts. I know every person may have totally different thoughts when it comes to $$ and donations for pictures. I respect everyone's thoughts and that's why I suggest you send them to me by PM.
There are some other D.O.G. items on the horizon being explored by members, more will follow as they evolve...Stay tuned!
PS - for any of the indvidual pictures that Ian took you can contact him directly for your needs he has all the high res originals and ability to do custom work to suit your taste.

Ohhh Gary! I need copies of the DOG 1 and 2 meets please!! And I would like a pic of DOG 3... I was there in spirit!! (and in BANDANAS lol!) I am REALLY HAPPY that everyone loved the bandanas!! My mom was so tickled that you all loved them. I am sure she would LOVE to see pics of everyone's babies wearing them... if you'd like to send her a pic or 2 via email that would be really nice. She has never had a dog, and is totally in love with Reyna and her family. She sees all the pics!! Susan Lusted: lin93@sympatico.ca Please be sure to include your names and your dogs names of course!! LOL - "300 pics of dogs that look the same wearing the same bandana!"... now THAT made me laugh.
