Yes he certainly looks good. We get the pleasure of working with his brother Quin in obedience class, and he too is very handsome.

Quin would like to wish a very happy 2nd birthday to his brothers and sisters and hear how you are all doing. We haven't heard any updates for ages and only get to see a handful of you on a regular basis. Would love to hear from the rest of the gang Attachments:

Well all these puppy pictures were getting me thinking about a little sister for Quin. Until today!!! My neighbour called Sunday to ask if I could look after their 14 wk old border collie/labrador cross over night. "Sure" I said, "Quin can finally get to meet her". Initially I was just going over there to let her out, etc but wasn't comfortable leaving her alone over night (she suckered me) so packed up her little crate and brought her over here last night. The two of them have been driving me nuts ever since. They just crashed for a nap after breakfast/play time/more playtime/outside playtime. She gets him going - he gets her going. OMG . . I'm the one who's pooped!!! It's like a relay race around here. On a positive note, Quin has been excellent with her. Very protective but happily shares his toys. Whines when I take her out without him and she does likewise. They are going to be good pals.

LOL, Susan. We were in exactly the same boat as you -- until we looked after Jack's cousin Daisy for a week in January. Daisy was nine months old at the time, and boy, did she and Jack have a great time together. Bill and I? Not so much. The two of them just did not stop for seven days. If one was awake, they were both awake and ready to play . . . and play . . . and play. We would get up every day thinking, Okay, today's the day the two of them will settle down. But nope. Never happened.
Fortunately, Daisy's crate came with her because the only time they rested was when we put them in their crates. Yikes.
And yes, like Quin, Jake was very gentlemanly when he wasn't roughhousing. Reminded me of the stories about Dante and Gino. Let Daisy bully him mercilessly. Whatever toy Daisy wanted (usually the one in Jack's mouth), Daisy got. And at mealtime, we had to feed them separately. Unlike Jack, who is a picky and slow eater, Daisy is a foodhound. Once she had wolfed down her own meal, she would bump Jack aside and go after his food -- and he would step aside and let her.
By the end of the week, we were exhausted. And Jack did sleep for two solid days. And so, we heard, did Daisy after she got home.

Ha Ha . . .that's about what happened here yesterday too, Dyanne. Bella's family got home a few hours early and after they took her home, Quin settled beside me on the couch with a huge "sigh/groan" as if to say "well that was fun but I'm glad she's gone now".Isn't it funny how the girls always seem to get the better of the boys?
Things will be lively this summer when they are both outside together as our yards are adjoining - not fenced.

Awwww she is adorable and good to see pics of Quin again!
Dyanne and Susan I couldn't imagine having a one dog household again. Its amazing to watch their bond form. And I promise there are quiet moments from time to time he he. But with Cajun being at Monica's the past few weeks we really do miss her here and things seem awfully quiet! Can't wait to have a mad house again lol.
