Part !!
So...Its 3 o'clock and I have just gotten home from work and Dante and I get dressed for our hike in the woods...
When we get to our location Dante usually runs of some steam for about 10 or 15 minutes before we hit the trails..At that time i usually have his 25 foot line on as it is an open field and sometimes I may see another dog across the field so if he decides to do the RUN BY when I call him I can get hold of his leash...
As we enter the trails i realize it is way to muddy and decide we will skip the trails for the day but Dante decides otherwise...Off he goes full tilt up a muddy hill...Panic sets in for me because I realize he still has his line on and he may get wound around a tree if he's spots something and chases it..I see him and the leash disappear over the MUDDY hill on the trail..I whistle him as I'm trying to climb up this hill which is so slippery..I'm half way up the hill and he hears my whistle and comes full tilt over the hill towards me and tries to do a full stop in front of me...Well he keeps sliding past me on his side to the bottom..He is totally covered in Mud from head to toe...
What a good boy for coming back so promptly..lol..So now I have to get him home in my car which is a Jag that HAD beige interior..It is now a nice muddy brown...We live in London,Ontario and if you haven't heard on the news we have had the worst snow storm since 1977..We have had 3 to 4 feet of snow in the last 3 days..So all we are doing is shovelling ..Don't have time to clean the car..
So back to the story...I get him home and wipe his paws and try to figure out how I am going to get him clean before Barbara gets home...Rather than try and get him upstairs to the bath which would mean mud everywhere I decide to take him to our on suite shower on the main floor..(he has never been in the shower before)
After some coaxing I get him into the shower on his own accord as I didnt want to force him in there and make it a bad experience...
Well he looked so pathetic standing there with his ears going sideways, looking up at me with those puppy dog eyes, shaking like the big baby he is..He wants out of there so bad but it ain't going to happen until he's spotless..As i'm holding the hand held sprayer I have to wash under his belly...WELL as soon as the sprayer hit his boys and his Manhood his whole disposition changed..Ears up..Eyes glazing over,Legs widen and he takes a firm stance to get the total enjoyment...Such a typical guy..
For the rest of the evening every time i went into the bathroom he jumped in the shower wanting another session..
