Well after officially being awake for 23 hours, having a long day at the show, and topping it off with approx a 4 km hike. I don't have a long wordy post left in me...lol. I did want to say that I enjoyed meeting up with everyone. It was a nice winter day for the DOG social, not blowing winds or storms, trails were nice, and the dogs got to challenge themselves up a cliffside stair case.
Lets move this topic over to the Mono Cliffs link.

Moving the talk over to this thread . . .
The dogs were challenged by that icy staircase up the cliff? Hah! Jack was fine. I was the one who was nervous (heights are NOT my thing) — and totally puffed out. As I said yesterday, it's the one time I thanked my lucky stars that Jack is a bit of a loose-lead puller. Once we got up the steps, I just let him drag me the rest of the way up the hill. It helped that he was behind Scarlet, so all he wanted to do was catch up with her.
It was lovely to meet Susan and Quinn, who is a sweet boy. He and Jack just wanted to play.

Depending where and when, we're in. Saturdays are training days, so there's a better chance that we can attend if it's on a Sunday.

If we want Monica to attend, we had better wait until the puppies go home...but they'll be 4 weeks old this Friday. I'd also prefer a Sunday walk...and even with obedience training, we could incorporate that into our walk.
