Hey Stefan, the schedule is up for the Ontario Breeders show. I`ll break down the ring times for those who might want to visit; Friday Feb 17th, (Auguste and Eden are competing Friday). show #1 - RING 1 - Kim Leblanc 9:15 (approx) 11 Dobermans 1-5 - 4-1 show #2 - RING 2 - Thomas Burke 1:00 pm (approx) - 13 Dobermans 2-5 - 4-2 Sat Feb 18th (Auguste x Kaia) Show #3 - RING 2 - David McIntyr 9:00 AM sharp - 14 Dobermans 3-7 - 3-1 Show #4 - RING 2 - Patricia Taylor 1 :00 PM sharp - 17 Dobermans 3-7 - 5-2 Sunday Feb 19th (Eden, Kaia, Bruin) Show#5 - RING 2 - Jim Bricknell 11 :20 AM sharp - 11 Dobermans 1-5 - 4-1 Show #6 - RING 1 - Michael Gelinas 2:30 pm - 13 Dobermans 2-5 - 4-2 the numbers at the end indicate the entries by sex, and divided between class dogs (competing for their CH), and specials dogs (already have their CH). So show #1 would mean that Auguste shows as the only class male. There are 5 competing class females, 4 male and 1 female specials. This show runs on Monday, family day. However I didn't enter that day. Thank God too, with the first show being at 8:30 in the morning. info at www.dess.ca/uploads/images/2012/sch_OBA_2012.pdf

Thanks, Monica. So two shows on Friday? Are Eden and Auguste entered in both? Jack and I plan to attend on Friday, but I am soooooo NOT a morning person (and Jack, fortunately, isn't an early riser either), so don't know whether we'll make the morning show. But we'll definitely be there at 1 p.m. Our goal is to desensitize Jack to stress, and this will help. Hope to see others there as well.

Monica, Auguste, Mireille & I wish you the best of all luck to win that Friday 1st show against 4 other females. At least if Auguste couldn't have that Best of Winners title, it would be an honor to compete against Eden and not win We met one of the males that will participate on Saturday shows, they were at our practice last Sunday... The owner, Michelle is very nice person and her boy is a nice 11 months old male with natural ears I think he's a fair competitor and we might have a chance to win. It depends of the other dog (I call him the underdog since we don't know him yet ) and the judges as usual lol Here's a picture of them on my facebook page: www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=3321913455493&set=at.3270735896086.253756.1498032884.100000424784694&type=1&theater Kris & Tony, we plan to be at the last Saturday show, around noon... That mean leaving Montreal almost in the middle of the night LOL It will be a pleasure to meet you again as per everyone that will be there too Oh I almost forgot: Monica, I saw Aguste's page update It sooooo nice ! Thank you for that, it helps to continue dreaming of better winning days See you soon!

I will have Kaia there on Friday for practice, but only Eden is entered both shows on Friday. So you can sleep in, and I will have some company for show #2. Mind you, there's a chance that I might not need to stay for the second show. If Eden wins the first show she will be finished her CH and I'll get her out of the way in order to be fair to the others that need their points. So don't come too late...lol. Actually, if you want me to work with Jack you might want to come when a ring is free during lunch break.

The other male for show #2 is Angela's red boy Copper that you met in Orangeville. Then show #3 &4 will be Auguste, Copper, and this natural male from your class. Is that male entered on Sunday too? Because he would be Bruin's competition then? I'm excited to show Kaia. I love showing the junior puppies, they're so much fun and everyone just loves seeing their big paws parading around the ring. Tails wagging when the judges examine them... its all about them.

Julian, Scar and I will be there Sunday morning...!! Anyone else coming Sunday?? Monica, do you know if we have to pay to get in? It looks like there will be a few people coming on Sunday. Spectators pay at the door of the shows, its never much, less then $10. Only entered dogs are to enter the building, but handlers usually have dogs coming and going that aren't entered. Its best to find me before attempting to bring Scarlet in. I don't normally bring my cell phone into the shows, but you might be able to connect with Barb and they could come out and meet you and bring you in.

Would love to have you do some work with Jack (every little bit helps). And I'm not ruling out being there for the earlier show . . . just figuring it isn't likely, knowing my habits. Sorry I won't see Auguste on Friday. He's a beautiful boy. We have SchH training on Saturday morning, but I took another look at the show schedule, and we should finish training in time to make it possible to pop over for the 1 p.m. show on Saturday afternoon. So we may have a chance to see Auguste, after all.

Thanks Stefan. So based on what you have told me, I can tell you who your competition is. The other male for show #2 is Angela's red boy Copper that you met in Orangeville. Oh god, I feel like the sky is falling on my head I guess I knew it was him but I didn't want to admit it lol That guy is going to be serious compedition... Eventhough Auguste changed a little bit since London and got more muscles, Copper was very compact then, a beautiful dog... Hope the judge prefers black héhéhé... Is that male entered on Sunday too? Because he would be Bruin's competition then? From what I remember, Michelle told me she only entered for Saturday's shows.

Black or red, he is coming along very nicely and has a lot to offer this breed. I have a good feeling that he will be in the winners circle this week-end. Sorry I won't see Auguste on Friday. I really enjoyed seeing Auguste ( sans Stefan and Mireille) and Eden in the ring on Friday. Auguste is a tall boy, and he shows so much like Jack did at that age. Watching him made me smile (and of course, watching Eden always makes me smile). Hope Eden comes through with that last point today! Good luck!

We measured Auguste and Winston at the shoe Dyanne and Auguste was 28" and Winston 27 1/2".
This show didn't turn up a lot of success for Eden or Auguste. Kaia hurt herself on the ice and I pulled her from some of the shows. Sunday Bruin had his first show and he took winner's male. I was pretty proud of him for pulling off this win after only a couple hours of work with me beforehand. He lives in Belleville, so I haven't seen him since he was 2 months old.

Bruin made his debut at this show and took winners male. We didn't get a chance to take a pic with the judge, but we did get a couple shots off outside before Bruin headed home.
