I agree with Barb and Kerrie...Juno is very jealous her daughter has such a beautiful backdrop in which to play!
I don't know how you managed even to get your "doberbeavers" into the water. Isi was the worst swimmer imaginable, she quite literally did the dog paddle and splashed like Asha in the pictures of her leaping in the water.
Isi would go into the water to her chest and stand there and then try and take the stick away from her more adventurous sister Kitana (my first dog I got when living in BC a shepard X huskie). Kit wouldn't give it up though she would let Isi walk next to her and hold it though.
I was always told that Dobes were not good swimmers because they were too muscled and didn't have thick fur to make them more bouyant. That's why Isi sank like a stone. Clearly, however, they weren't aware of your race of doberbeavers!
The natural ears always make me think of Isi, but if you look at just the face i do see a lot of Juno in there.
Nice pictures!

Asha lives to her name. I called her Dobereich's Nymph. She is Naiad by nature! I didn't teach her to swim. She just took off and swam appox. 20m without splashing when she was 4 months young. I was shocked. So did Gino His privilege to have any stick in the water ended.
