Juno and I can't commit to this weekend either, although I'd like to. It is my birthday weekend and we will have folks over, but a lot more depends on the news we get from Steph's next apt Thursday, we are not anticipating bad news, but we've been lucky so far. I will therefore declare myself a definite maybe, possibly....

Some of us will go to Kelsey’s (401/25) for lunch after the walk and I will be reserving ahead of time for 3:00 pm. Please post ASAP to let me know if you would like to join us at Kelsey’s afterwards.

Oh, sorry we're going to miss this. Will be visiting at the hospital. Have a great time, everyone. Jack will miss seeing all his Doberman pals, especially Miss Scarlet.

For those who haven't been there. The address on the directions page is not for the park entrance, but the directions are for the right place where we want to be. The parking lot is off of Campbellville just west of Appleby line. Here is Google maps from 401/25.
Regional Rd 25 At Hwy 401 1. Head southeast 32 m 2. Turn right toward County Rd 25 N 41 m 3. Take the 1st right onto County Rd 25 N 2.1 km 4. Turn left onto No. 5 Side Rd 1.4 km 5. Continue onto Campbellville Rd 3.7 km 6. Turn right Destination will be on the right 250 m
Hilton Falls Conservation Area Milton, ON
I think there's going to be about 18 or so people with their doggies.

Well, the weather provided us with a perfect day. The backdrop was amazing, and the ground was still snow-covered with some muddy sections, but nothing too extreme. We had approximately 30 people in total....even perspective dog owners who came to check out the Dobereich dogs and their owners. To those people who came out....it was nice to see some of you again, and to meet the new people who took the time to venture out and meet and greet everyone. We hope you had enough time to talk to everyone and ask them questions regarding Dobermans and their "quirks"...lol. And if you didn't, well that's what this forum is all about.....let Monica know you're ready to join, and then ask away.
There were no stairs today at the dog walk......not that the long, very long, slow incline, over 2 miles high....in snowy, slippery weather, fighting blizzard like conditions with heavy winds.....alright, I'm kidding. It was a long walk, but some of us didn't make the falls on the walk. When we got back from our walk where we saw people walking with different people all thru the walk, we still chatted with everyone before the group separated. To the new people who came on the walk with us, I hope you enjoyed yourself and no doubt you are looking forward to a dog of your own.

There were approx. `16 dogs there today....and the young man at the gate was excited to see the Dobermans head out together on our walk. He commented to us as we were arriving..are you with the group of Dobermans? Yes...wow he says, it's going to be quite a site to see you all leaving...and it was.
