I have a 2 year old female Doberman and ever since we got her at 2 months she has leaked urine, she is neutered and we have brought her to the vet several times for test, ie: ultrasounds, x rays, that dye they put through them. The vet did not give us any answers. I have worked with my dobie to control this problem, but recently it has been getting worse. I dont know what to do, can anyone give me any suggestions?

Boy I don't have any answers for you, maybe Monica will see it and suggest something.
I can just think of the obvious and I'm sure you are well beyond that, control water intake in the evening and make sure she is out for pees before bed.

Could be spay incontinence. Have you talked to your vet about this? I haven't had a female dog in 25 years, so I'm not especially familiar with it. But my son's female Lab had it, and it was controlled with meds. But Monica would for sure be more helpful -- and have more suggestions -- than I.
Good luck. Hope you get the problem resolved. It can't be pleasant.

Yes her vet is aware of the issue, she couldn't give me any answers other than to control her water intake. I take her water away at night and make sure she voids before bedtime. It is frustrating but we are managing. So far she's been better the last couple days.

spay incontinence would be my first guess too, but i am certainly not a vet. i would suggest perhaps a second opinion from another vet to try and get some answers. if you are in toronto, i have an amazing vet (clinic - 3 vets, all wonderful) who are familiar with and love dobes, Dundas West Animal Clinic.

I'm far from Toronto, north! Spade incontinence is what my vet mentioned but this has been an issue since we got her at 2 and a half months. And i got her spaded at 6 months.
