I was looking through some camera pictures today and found a couple of Juno I think are funny. This first one needs a little explaination. We have spiral stairs to our deck which apparently if your are a Dobe that lives with us you can't climb. So we had several people over outside family and friends, I went up the spiral stairs to get drinks for a couple. Juno circled the spiral stairs for a few minute then did this...my wife thinks it is pathetic...to her I am inside...well here's the picture Next Steph's aunt from Holland was visiting and we took Juno and Sebastian on a walk to Huron Natural Area and back...apparently it was too long. You know the walk is too long when you get home and your dog can't take another step...even if that step is your front porch! Martin

It gives me hope that her daughter Asha will be tired one day too... and use concrete stairs as a pillow!

Asha and Kazi take note...mama Juno says it is ok to share...exhibit A Of course she did bark and bark for about 20 min before finally realizing that Sophie wasn't going to move from her favourite double bed.... Hmmm...on second thought maybe Gino and Dante should take note. Maybe an old dog like Sophie can teach them some new tricks...lol Martin

LOL... What? Share my bed? Are serious mom? Gino was waiting all evening to get his bone from Asha. Gentleman... maybe one day Asha will realize it and share her bed with him Sweet picture. It's nice to see how comfortable Juno is with your family.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-iOGogxNhAJuno got her TT no problem. This however I think qualifies her for TT + . We even moved Sebastian because his feet were originally in her face. Martin

Awwww, Juno. Awwww, Sebastian. So cute.
It's a big weekend at our house. Jack meets my new granddaughter. I think he'll need to take some lessons from gentle Juno.

Juno may be gentle in some ways, but she is a little clumsy. We still worry she will step on him or get up quickly barking and scratch him, but so far it hasn't happened. Hopefully Jack will like your granddaughter and she will like him. Sebastian loves Juno, he gets all excited when he is in his swing and she walks towards him and he giggles and laughs. Somestimes she gives him a facewash and sometimes she doesn't...maybe it's the anticipation of not knowing that gets him so excited....he loves Sophie too, but when she lays with him we have to change his outfit because he gets so covered in Golden Retriever hair! We hope it works out for you Dyanne! Martin

Martin does Juno like to chase? Asha is a perfect dog but her chasing instinct is overwhelming. I count days to the moment she would stop doing it.

Sorry Lisa, Juno's natural instinct to chase is there, just the other night we went out for a walk and came across a skunk on the street...she nearly pulled me to the next driveway before I could get her corrected. And when the kids run across the back fence (it's wrought iron so she can see through it) she happily gives chase until the yard ends. I have had dogs that I could call off once they started to chase, Kit being one of them, but even then she didn't want to stop she did it because I told her to... And I got Kit in BC so we had plenty of opportunity to chase, much like Asha and Gino must have when you are out. Martin
