Hi Paul and Ron. Congrats on the soon arrival of your new additions Like you guys, I'm new to the Dobereich family. I just got my baby boy Zeke from the X-Litter (Apollo + Nike). He is the sweetest boy I have ever met. I have never had a large breed dog before and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with him. He's been with us for about three weeks now and we wouldn't have it any other way! Monica is absolutely amazing and everyone here on the forum/facebook group are awesome too. Everyone is so helpful and supportive, you'll feel right at home! Keep us posted with updates/pics. Thanks Sam I've seen your posts on the FB group. I love his coat with the fir lined hood Oops screwed up the quote tags..

Its no wonder Cajun is more inclined to bond with you Andreina, she was raised by a woman in a house fill with women. LOL. Lisa, I would think that the connection is more with the person who takes the leading role in the dog's lives. I wouldn't refer to Charlie as a one person dog, more the type of dog that loves and respects those in her circle, and everyone else better love and respect her people as well.

Charlie is a momma!! She gave birth Thursday night to 4 black pups, 2 males and 2 females. What a wonderful dam she's being, so doting and sweet. Pups are all well, good sized, and of course.... gaining well since they have a buffet big enough for 8 all to themselves.

Congrats to Monica and Charlie. No surprise,to those of us who know her, that Charlie is a good little mother.
I'm sure Kerrie will be proud of her too..lol.

well every pup under 10 weeks of age lost a tail yesterday. yup, my two Swedish girls were docked and cropped, and the Y-litter babies. Charlie took it better then I thought, no sulking this time....lol. Here's a few pics of the babies taken before their tails came off.
